Meet the Auditors

Maxim brings a genuinely distinctive perspective to auditing, having spent several years on the other side of the table. Working at a high-growth fintech as a Security Engineer, he owned GRC initiatives across ISO 27001, SOC 2 and PCI DSS, while building automations to streamline audit workflows. He knows first-hand what it feels like to prepare for an audit under pressure and that empathy shapes how he audits.
Before moving into cybersecurity, he built a career in operational management across fitness, hospitality and healthcare, running his own gym business and managing a team of performance specialists at one of London's most prestigious health clubs. That background gives him strong instincts for people, process, and the practical realities of how organisations actually function day-to-day.

Fun fact: Maxim is most at home on the water, he served as a volunteer RNLI lifeboat crew member helping crews save lives on the North Sea, and spent six months in Mexico as a Divemaster. On dry land, he channels his energy into construction, having trained as a carpenter and plumber and helped build his own family home.
