  1. Short first interview with Tempo team

A short call with the Tempo team to review your experience and assess fit.

We’re looking not just for technical capability, but clear communication and alignment with our tech-focused clients.

  1. Onboarding process

We align on scope, Trust Services CritIf the interview went well, we can look to start the onboarding process. This will involve a variety of steps: contract signing, technical interview, completion of CPD/audit log, technical area tests, and potentially you witnessing some Tempo audit days.

If successful, you’ll begin onboarding. This includes:

contracting, technical interview, CPD/audit log completion, technical area approvals, and potentially observing live Tempo audit days.

  1. Witnessed assessment

You’ll complete a final witnessed audit, observed by a Tempo auditor.

Once successfully completed, you’ll be approved to deliver audits independently.

Our process

Become an Auditor

We’re on the lookout for fantastic ISO 27001 auditors - auditors with a fresh approach, who embrace modern tools, and know their way around tech companies. If that's you, fill out the form, and let's chat!

Our requirements:

  • Great communication skills
  • Experience in Information Technology or Cybersecurity sufficient
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor qualification or training
  • [PREFERABLE] ISO 27001 audit experience - either in Internal Audits or External Audits (if you haven't got this yet, but have everything else, please make it clear in the Summary box below)
